We invested in the Quickmill Intimidator 96 drilling equipment, along with trained, professional drilling operators, to give our clients and their heat exchanger projects large part machining and drilling accuracy.  Everything is done in-house in the Bendel Tank & Heat Exchanger manufacturing facility.

We design and fabricate to all TEMA configurations, from single pass to multiple pass exchangers.  Our Shell & Tubesheet Heat Exchangers can be fabricated from Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel or Nickel Alloy materials. They are designed, inspected and tested at our facility to meet stringent ASME and TEMA B, C and R standards.

Tube Sheet Contract Drilling & Machining Services from Bendel Tank & Heat Exchanger

Bendel Tank & Heat Exchanger offers contract drilling services for tube sheets, baffles and support plates. Our total approach to flexibility gives you many options for using Bendel as a contract drilling resource. 

We can purchase all material, provide expert drilling services, and then ship the finished project to you as a total turnkey service, or, you can ship your project to us and we will provide the expert drilling services and then ship back to you. 

We can handle any quantity of tube sheets. Tube sheets can be loaded on the driller table either singly or stacks up to 150mm maximum thickness. If table size permits, multiple stacks can also be drilled simultaneously by proper loading of plates and selection of spindles with the CNC control.

Bendel tube sheet drillers can accommodate most any size and shape of tube sheet or baffle plate. Round, half round, rectangular, or square plates can be programmed and drilled, as well as stacking multiple plates and loading multiple stacks.
