Bendel Tank & Heat Exchanger’s history traces back to our start in 1963. And the manufacturing of pressure vessels has played a large part of our company’s growth and success.
All Bendel Pressure Vessels and Reactors are designed and fabricated in strict accordance with ASME (Section VIII, Division I).
Pressure vessels are used in a variety of applications in both industry and the private sector. They appear in these sectors as industrial compressed air receivers and domestic hot water storage tanks. Other examples of pressure vessels are diving cylinder, recompression chamber, distillation towers, autoclaves, and many other vessels in mining or oil refineries and petrochemical plants, nuclear reactor vessel, habitat of a space ship, habitat of a submarine, pneumatic reservoir, hydraulic reservoir under pressure, rail vehicle airbrake reservoir, road vehicle airbrake reservoir and storage vessels for liquefied gases such as ammonia, chlorine, propane, butane, and LPG.
Bendel manufacturers ASME pressure vessels from Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel or Nickel Alloy materials.
With Bendel’s years of experience, we have built a vast array of Pressure Vessels & Reactors with wall thickness exceeding 1″, diameters up to 15 feet and weighing up to 70 tons. Due to the many different industries we serve, our experience in design and fabrication of Pressure Vessels & Reactors is immense.
All Bendel welders are required to pass stringent performance requirements per ASME Section IX prior to welding on any Vessel or Reactor.
